I finally found the monster from my dreams. So I had these series of dreams when I was 7 years old and in my dreams I would swim to his mansion or something it was more like a dollhouse. But the weird thing is that he was showing his boobs to me and it was weird. I never even watched this show before but this looks exactly like him.
